Mi nombre es
Efrain Brady
I am a Certified Tai Chi & Qi Gong Master Instructor with more than 25 years of experience guiding people in the art of cultivating health, vitality, and inner peace. My teaching integrates both the theory and practice of disciplines that support the body’s natural functioning, harmonize the emotions, calm the mind, and foster a contemplative approach
to life.
As a Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapist, I accompany each person on the journey of restoring health and balance naturally. My approach brings together the timeless wisdom of the ancient Eastern traditions with the insights of modern science and a deep understanding of the spiritual dimension of the human being.
For more than 30 years, I have dedicated my life to human development, the awakening of consciousness, and spiritual accompaniment. Along this path, I have come to understand that true healing is not merely about relieving symptoms, but about helping each person
remember and live from their natural state of balance, awakening the inner resources that support a life of wholeness, awareness, and harmony. I invite you into a space of learning, practice, and transformation where you can cultivate your vital energy, strengthen your health, discover inner serenity, and walk through life with
greater presence, balance, and purpose.
It would be an honor to accompany you on your journey toward well-being, inner growth,
and conscious living.
