BEGINNERS

Scheme of Eight Postures. Yang-Style

1st Level (8 Classes)

You'll learn:

- A basic form of Tai Chi (8 postures).
- The 10 Basic Principles of Tai Chi.
- 8 Chi Kung Movements known as "The Eight Pieces of Brocade", one of the most popular practices of QI GONG around the world.



2nd. Level (8 classes)

You'll learn:

- How the energy moves in each posture of Tai Chi, nourishing your body, and harmonizing your emotions
- How the energy moves in each movement of the "Eight Pieces of Brocade" nourishing your body and harmonizing your emotions

3rd. Level (8 classes)

You'll learn:
- Tai Chi as Meditation in Movement. A practice to calm the mind and connect with The Source of Life.
- Internal Work of the Eight Pieces of the Brocade.
