A BIT OF HISTORY

My name is Efrain Brady

I am a Certified Tai & Qi Gong instructor, with more than 20 years of teaching experience (theory and practice) in disciplines that optimize the functioning of the body, Harmonize Emotions, Center the Mind and develop a Contemplative Attitude of the practitioner.

I am also a Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapist who seeks to help people recover their harmony in a natural way, through practices of the Ancient Oriental Tradition and tools of Modern Science and Spirituality.

As part of my path, I have dedicated more than 30 years to the field of Personal Development, Awakening of Consciousness and Spiritual Accompaniment.
